Director of Consulting and Business Innovation
Andrew Pinkess is Director of Business Innovation & Consulting at AMV BBDO. He has responsibility for AMV’s Consulting & Analytics offers, and works across most of the agencies major clients. His particular interests are in working upstream with brands to help them develop integrated marketing strategies that work across multiple channels, tracking effectiveness to ensure desired results are achieved, and driving organisational change to deliver joined-up marketing and communications solutions.
Prior to joining AMV, Andrew worked as Director of Strategy & Insight at LBi (now Digitas LBi), where he managed analytics, planning and consulting, content, CRM, research, and social teams. Before that he was Strategy Director at brand and customer experience agency Rufus Leonard, working across a wide range of blue chip clients in B2C, B2B and the public sector. He has also worked in client service and new business roles.
Andrew is an Oxford graduate with a degree in modern languages and an MBA from Warwick Business School. He is a member of the IPA Council, co-chair of the IPA’s Professional Development Group, and a Fellow of the IPA. He has also chaired various IPA events including ‘Unlearning’ and ‘IPA Tech’.
