Negotiation Skills - London

Course content
The course is aimed principly for business affairs, production assistants and junior producers, but is also open to any producers / production personnel who would like to attend as the workshop will be tailored accordingly using real case studies typical of the negotiations people working in these types of roles tend to undertake (eg: negotiating with agents or for music rights for a multi-platform campaign.) with exercises and tasks that are directly relevant to their real work scenarios.

The workshop will be run by a highly respected training company who understand the advertising business. It will be highly encouraging and engaging, involving the delegates in discussion groups, individual and group exercise, role-playing and giving feedback. It will provide a “safe” environment for them to learn and try things out and will cover:-
- “Getting past NO”
- A foundation for all negotiations
- Planning for negotiation
- The different “jobs’ a negotiator has to do
- Developing a negotiation style
- The five pillars of effective communication
