Group Agenda

The IPA Media Futures Group represents the interests of the Institute’s media agencies, aiming to promote and enhance their profile and professional reputation among both clients and the wider marketing community.

In addition, it seeks:

  • To anticipate, lead (and be seen to lead) developments in the media industry:
    • by formulating opinions and taking necessary action proactively to meet the future requirements of its media members.
    • by responding to market developments, originating policy on behalf of the industry and implementing action as appropriate.
  • To ensure “joint industry committees” operate to the benefit of member agencies and offer proper and full value for money for their investment.
  • To establish working parties as necessary to consider individual media issues, reporting to the main Group as necessary.
