Following his time at Granada Gordon moved sales teams to work on the launch of TV3 a free to air station in the Republic of Ireland. In 2002 and at his partner’s (now wife) instigation he relocated to Edinburgh where he worked at The List magazine. Gordon joined MediaCom in August 2004 and across the next 5 years honed his agency account management skills across a variety of clients including VisitScotland, RBS, Prudential, XFM and Scottish National Blood Transfusion Service. In 2009 Gordon moved to the newly created role of Business Development Manager and was charged with bringing in new clients and overseeing the pitch process . At the start of 2014 Gordon became Marketing director and increased his remit to include all the MediaCom Edinburgh marketing such as the Engage events, newsletter and other client communication initiatives. Gordon is 42 years old and lives in Portobello. When not at work or reading a succession of books to his two children his hobbies are film, playing tennis and football, reading (preferably books without pictures) and (for his sins) obsessively supporting Tottenham Hotspur
