Job Description: Programmatic Activation Analyst
The Programmatic Activation Analyst, is responsible for supporting the programmatic planning and digital display team to deliver best in class implementation, activation and delivery of their channel. They have the overriding responsibility, with support of the head of ad ops and Annalect India, to set up and manage the trafficking of all relevant campaigns for their clients in the adserver, ensuring all campaigns are correctly tracked and reported on.
Working closely with the account teams, relevant investment and planning teams, the Analyst helps to deliver the innovative solutions to clients’ briefs and contributes to the efficient delivery of these solutions, in terms of activation and investment.
The Analyst will support their Senior Analyst/Manager and wider team
Providing consistently efficient campaign management, trafficking, reporting & optimisation
Contributing to best-in-class programmatic and digital display buying & activation
Supporting the wider team in delivering client servicing to the highest standard
Efficiently implement the relevant aspects of the Client Plan including accurate campaign set up and reporting
Ensuring financial account management procedures are fully compliant
Identify, address and escalate client, financial or technical queries effectively in a timely manner
Developing entry level relationship with relevant media partners, teams and specialists
Effectively collaborating and integrating with other Hearts and Omnicom
Efficiently managing their workloads
Successful activation and management of all campaign ad ops, delivery and reporting
The daily management of team and client financial administration
The adoption and application of company tools and systems whilst answering briefs and implementing solutions in the market
Any contribution to award entries for relevant clients
Participation in “Agency life” and contribution to team meetings and conversations
