The person we are looking for
We are looking for a driven Project Manager, with experience managing multiple small to mid-range digital projects simultaneously, with a good knowledge of digital production processes, and some knowledge of industry standards surrounding website development and UX/UI design.
This position will include involvement in the day-to-day work of the production team, maintaining and improving processes, as well as ensuring that production is carried out to the highest quality and according to client directions.
1-2 years of experience in a digital account executive / digital project management capacity.
Experience of delivering cross-platform campaigns across desktop, tablet and mobile.
Provide end-to-end project management throughout the project lifecycle from initial scoping phase, through planning, design & development, full testing and implementation.
Participate in scoping of digital projects, understanding creative concepts and assist the team in creating accurate documentation, including creative design briefs, informed financial plans and costing, sitemaps and user flows.
Support the production and upkeep of PM tools and documentation of digital projects including project schedules, internal resourcing plans and standard project communications tools.
Organise QA & testing to ensure quality of delivery to clients.
Ensure projects are delivered to the highest quality whilst managing clients expectations, and ensure that client feedback is followed correctly at all times.
Support the client services team in building long term, quality relationships with clients at all levels, as well as in interpreting briefs, collating a response with the help of internal teams and presenting back to the client.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously, keeping an awareness of internal resources, and organising and managing external resource if needed
Work closely with our design and development teams, and develop effective working relationships with the rest of the team and other internal departments to ensure clear and consistent communication.
Keep abreast of the latest developments in digital and how they apply to our clients or the production process.
A basic to intermediate understanding of the technical side of web development.
An solid understanding of digital design processes.
Excellent attention to detail, highly organised and a multi tasker.
Proactive and able to work on own initiative.
Exceptional organisational and time management skills.
Must be eligible to work in the UK.
Previous use of a number of industry standard production tools and CRM/CMSs, such as Trello, Slack, Craft, Jira.
An understanding and active interest in the technical side of web development, as well as in industry standards surrounding UX/UI design.
Experience in producing video work, SEO analysis, producing post-live campaign reports, financial planning and reporting
An awareness of UX methodologies.
Fluency in any other European languages.
