We’re looking for an organised, approachable and detail oriented HR & Recruitment Administrator to join our HR team. Reporting to the HR Director, you’ll deliver HR & Recruitment admin support to the broader HR Team while carrying out specific recruitment, database management and on boarding processes as well as providing support on HR initiatives.
You’ll be responsible for maintaining the HR database, data input and administration and the preparation and issue of HR related correspondence. You will also provide recruitment support to the team with social media, scheduling interviews and compiling offer packs. Recruitment responsibilities of the role will grow over time to include managing the end to end recruitment process for junior positions (guidance and training will be provided).
You’ll ideally be educated to degree level and have previous administration experience (preferably in HR/ within a creative agency) and keen to develop a career in recruitment and HR. You’ll be familiar with using databases and understand their importance in the HR and Payroll function.
With an advanced level of Word and Excel, basic powerpoint would also be useful, you’ll have a ‘can-do’ approach and be able to work under your own initiative. You’ll need exceptional integrity and will be efficient and used to managing multiple deadlines.
