Outline of the role
The role of the Paid Search Executive will involve researching, optimising, project managing and planning paid search accounts for some of the largest clients in the UK. You will be tasked with supporting the Senior Search Strategists and Search Strategists with their roles and in turn they will both mentor and train you to ensure your career path is kept on track. You will also be tasked with learning how to become a Search Strategist in time and thus will be expected to learn how other media works and how search marketing fits into the bigger picture of media.

What you'll be doing
Our Search Executive candidate is likely to have a strong interest in the internet, marketing, numbers, and search in particular. The candidate will require 6 months previous experience of search and additional training will be provided on the role. The position will cover predominantly paid search (PPC) but will work closely with the organic search (SEO) team, as well as other media channel teams across the agency. The applicant should be technically capable, a good presenter and have an inherent interest in technology led marketing. Also essential are Excel & PowerPoint skills and a knowledge of the online space in general. Overall employees at PHD should be passionate and enthusiastic about what they do and are not afraid to challenge concepts in order to achieve excellence.
