IPA and Metro shortlisted for Corporate Engagement Awards 2013
The Awards cover sponsorship, parternships and social responsibility and are seen as the best way for European organisations to be rewarded and recognised for their collaborative efforts. The winners will be announced at an awards gala on 26th September 2013.
The Creative Pioneers Challenge was launched by the IPA in conjunction with Metro, in 2012. A nationwide search for fresh talent and endorsed by the UK Government, it aims to award young digital natives and creative entrepreneurs with work opportunities at top UK media companies. The programme offers the chance for internships for graduates, or apprenticeships for school/college leavers.
Says Paul Bainsfair, Director General, IPA, “We are delighted to be shortlisted for the Corporate Engagement Awards, and glad that our collaboration with Metro for CPC has been recognised. The challenge is a great way for young people to get a foot into the industry, and for agencies to find the brightest talent. Our partnership with Metro is a big reason for its success.”
