At its quarterly Council Meeting (7th June 2007), the IPA elected seven agencies into membership. The elected agencies are: Agency Inc, Communiqué360, Drummond Central, Hurrell and Dawson, Ten Alps RMA, Ward Lovett Advertising and PR and Webliquid. Of these seven agencies, four are regional and three are London-based.
Founded in 2003 by Managing Director, Matthew Morgan, Agency Inc is a fully integrated advertising agency based in Kingston, employing 10 people. Their clients include Companies House, Ascot Racecourse and the Rugby Football Union.
Says Matthew Morgan, “Agency Inc is a genuinely integrated advertising agency and the IPA are well placed to represent our interests and to help us further improve our professional standards. We have also been members of the DMA since 2003, as we’re keen to see the industry overcome traditional barriers between communication channels.”
Founded in 1990, Communiqué360 is a fully integrated marketing communications and advertising agency, working both on and offline, based in Richmond. The agency employs 34 staff and the managing partners are Tim Petherbridge, Sunara Spires and Graham Juber. Clients include Jersey Tourism, ATOC, South West Trains, Society of London Theatre and M6Toll.

Drummond Central is a creative marketing resource advertising and design agency founded in 2004. It is based in Newcastle and employs nine members of staff. Julie and Stephen Drummond are the Founding Partners. Their clients include bet365, Sage UK and Newcastle Building Society.
Says Julie Drummond, “The directors at Drummond Central have always worked in agencies that have been members of the IPA and we whole heartedly recognise the benefits of being a member. We have always respected the IPA and believe it is especially effective in helping agencies with training, research and legal matters. Being an IPA member would be the next significant stage in growth of our agency.”
Hurrell and Dawson
Hurrell and Dawson is a London-based full service agency, established in 2006. It employs 18 people and was founded by Nick Hurrell and Neil Dawson. Their clients include Eurostar, St Pancras International and IPC.
Says Neil Dawson, “Membership gives us access to a wealth of advice, information and other resources which will help us develop and maintain professional standards. But more significantly it will enable us to contribute to, and shape thinking about, the future of an industry which is in a state of flux.”
Ten Alps RMA
Based in Hampshire and London, Ten Alps RMA is a fully-integrated advertising agency and part of Ten Alps plc, the media group co-founded by Bob Geldof. The agency offers a wide range of creative, media and online services to national and international clients.

Our talented and experienced team bring together expertise in every communication discipline. Ward Lovett Advertising & PR
Ward Lovett Advertising & PR was established in 1995. It is based in Staffordshire and employs 17 staff. Nick Lovett, Kenst Ward and Clive Reeves are the current partners. Their clients include Easy Fit Conservatories, The British Greyhound Racing Board and Aston Business School.
Says Nick Lovett, “Ward Lovett is 12 years old. We have invested in the stability of the business, and the recognition of being an IPA member, together with the tools and services available, will help the agency develop its offering.”
Web Liquid is a digital marketing agency based in London, with offices in New York. Established in 2003 by Founding Partners David Shiell, Alain Portmann and Matthew Cronin, their client base includes such brands as Hilton Hotels, Avis Rent A Car and XL.com.
Says David Shiell, “Continued growth of our business and staff development requires a focused and sustained effort. We believe the advice, mentorship and training provided by the IPA will aid us in achieving the highest standards of professional practice within the industry that we desire.
