IPA provides legal alert on new Government Advertising Services procurement process

It involves a detailed selection process to determine which agencies will form part of the government’s new advertising services roster. There is a large document pack which interested agencies must review and with which they must comply in order to take part.
The IPA’s Legal and Public Affairs Director, Richard Lindsay, has produced a review for IPA members of the explanatory Attachment 1 of the document pack and the comprehensive Framework Agreement at Attachment 4. The review is available to download here. Richard has also produced a separate review of the Call-Off Contract Terms which form Attachment 5 and is available here. Richard has also emailed separate notes on both the Framework Agreement and Call-Off Contract Terms to CCS. They are available to download here and here.
Please note that any questions with regard to the process or the documents in the pack must be provided by agencies direct to CCS via the Emptoris online system by no later than 5pm on 22 August. Applications must be submitted by no later than 3pm on 5 September.
