IPA to launch One-Day Masters in Strategic Planning
The interactive course, to launch in May 2015, will develop delegates’ strategic thinking skills by helping them successfully take advantage of trends that are shaping the future of their agency and client businesses. Using their own case studies as examples of the challenges they face within their business, delegates will cover strategic agility, strategic planning, strategic execution and more (full course programme below).
The course will be run both at the IPA and bespoke in member agencies by Kent Springdal, MBA Course Director (Strategy, Marketing and Innovation), Kingston University. Springdal holds a PHD in Strategy and has taught for the last 14 years in both the UK and Moscow.
Says Patrick Mills, Director of Professional Development, IPA: “In response to increased interest in business training for agency leaders, we are delighted to add the One-Day Masters in Strategic Business Planning to our portfolio in 2015. This marks a greater commitment from the IPA to provide more training for the senior levels of agency management.”
