Royal baby guidelines

With the birth of the royal baby just around the corner, the IPA has updated its guidance note on marketing around this topic.


To help agencies stay on the right side of the law, the IPA legal team has updated its guidance that summarises the key legal and regulatory watch-outs for advertisers using the royal baby and royalty generally as a reference point in any advertising medium.
