Tweet your way into career development

To celebrate the launch of the IPA’s new summer and autumn training programme, which has been expanded to include additional morning ‘energiser’ courses, we have come up with a new monthly competition.


Professional development is one of the cornerstones of the IPA, underpinned by its acclaimed Platinum and Gold CPD awards that are prized by member agencies.

To celebrate the launch of the IPA’s new summer and autumn training programme, which has been expanded to include additional morning  ‘energiser’ courses, we have come up with a new monthly competition.

To win a place, simply tweet a career tip which has helped your professional development, including the hashtag #ipapd. The author of the most useful, original and elegantly-worded tip (as decided by our independent judge) will win a place on an ‘energiser’ of their choice. A place would usually cost £150+VAT. Please note only employees at IPA member agencies are eligible to enter. We may retweet and/or publish selected entries on our website. 

The competition will be ongoing, with a new Twitter challenge every month. The IPA’s training programme covers brands and strategy, creativity, commercial, people and leadership, with bespoke training from the best tutors in the marketplace, at exceptional value for money. Invaluable core skills such as ‘How to be the best account handler in your agency’, ‘Negotiating skills’, ‘Planning in a digital age’ and ‘Handling difficult people’ are some of the topics being covered in the coming months.
