Research and Marketing Executive

Gabriela has recently joined the team from the IPA Insight Service as the new Research and Marketing Executive. She is responsible for organising the TouchPoints Champions Initiative and as well as generating content in line with the TouchPoints marketing strategy. She is also keen to help users make the most of their subscriptions by delivering training and responding to queries. She is also involved in the department’s research process, assisting with questionnaire reviews and data analysis.
