Nick Milne is the Founder & Director of Go Ignite Consulting, the Marketing Effectiveness Accelerator. Nick has 15 years’ experience in delivering Marketing Effectiveness solutions in both big brand (Samsung Electronics, O2/Telefonica) and marketing agencies (VCCP, OMD, CACI).
In Samsung, Nick had responsibility for building the Customer & Marketing Analytics team to deliver for the Samsung European Office and all of the 17 Samsung local markets across all division (mobile, TV, domestic appliances).
In O2, Nick built and managed the Marketing Effectiveness team, sitting within the broader customer insight function and marketing department. Key results included brand consideration improving year on year despite an 11% decline in share of voice. Marketing Return on Investment increased 25%.
