Effectiveness Awards 2022

Global recognition and boardroom attention in one 10-centimetre high statuette

Established in 1980 the awards have turned Effectiveness into the global language of marketing.

Key Effectiveness Metrics

Has there ever been a more critical time to demonstrate the effectiveness of your work?

The IPA Effectiveness Awards are already advertising and marketing’s most rigorous and coveted.

Having your work scrutinised, dissected and rewarded by the brightest minds in the industry has always been the best way to transform a marketing department, agency or individual CV.

But now as brands, businesses and organisations hit the post-pandemic re-set, these might just be the most important IPA Effectiveness Awards ever.

No other award will allow marketers to make a more compelling case for extra investment to their board or help agencies to sharpen their new business credentials.

So, wherever you are in the world, whatever your product category, whether you’re an agency, a media owner or an advertiser, this is the moment to download your 2022 entry pack. It can be a joint entry too, and you don’t even have to be an IPA member.

Entry for the 2022 IPA Effectiveness Awards is now open

Don’t ask “Why enter?” Ask why you wouldn't

Don’t think you have to be a big-budget, TV brand to be in the reckoning. Recent winners span the communications spectrum and newer disciplines like Innovation, Product Development, CRM, Sponsorship and Effectiveness Culture. As well as great TV campaigns.

Our broadest awards ever

From 2022 you will be able to enter your work in one of four categories: Single, Regional and Global Market (anywhere in the world), as well as a dedicated category for Not-For-Profit activity. Plus, if it’s pro bono work with a wider positive impact, you can enter for free.

We also want these to be our most global awards yet because marketing effectiveness matters in every country and region. This is your invitation to prove it.

Our list of special prizes is also growing, with recognition for marketing effectiveness in Behavioural Change, Purpose and the B2B world up for grabs. And like we said, don’t be put off if you’ve done great things on a small budget. There’s a prize for brands who spend £2.5 million or less.
