The advertising industry is dominated by strong-minded, opinionated and very forceful characters. To grow, develop and progress in such a competitive and fast-paced environment, there are behaviours that simply have to be embraced, especially by those that are new to agency life.
The agency must teach the technicalities of the role and in particular, the specifics of their processes. This course will augment that basic training by sharing the behaviours, mindsets and attitudes that are core to building a successful career in advertising.
It will explain these behaviours in the context of the agency environment and the expectations of senior Client Service personnel.
Account Handling Essentials is specifically designed and built around input and feedback from CSDs, ADs, L&D specialists, and AE’s in their first agency roles, all currently working across IPA member agencies.
