Thanks to technology we find ourselves constantly butterflying between tasks and devices in a state of ‘continuous partial attention’.  This has only been exacerbated by the constant updates we seek on COVID-19.  This session is rooted in the science of how the brain works and why phones make us distracted and will offer lots of practical advice on how we can keep our focus and work more efficiently.
