How to re-set the team

Who is the course for?

As we continue to navigate the future of the office, this session is for anyone with a management position wanting to shape and create a new team future.

Course description

As we continue to speculate and possibly experiment with a return to the office, we need to start to think about how we wish to organise ourselves as new teams. Recent dramatic events have provided a unique opportunity to create stronger working relationships and a new way of working.

To imagine the future, we need to process our recent experience and be open to what now might be possible.

Course content

At this interactive session we will discuss and explore together:

  • What might a blended team look like.
  • The frights, delights and insights of working at home in a pandemic.
  • What new learnings have emerged that we want to keep hold of.
  • What have we realised now no longer serves us.
  • How we want to be as a team going forwards and creating a new team alliance.
  • Ensuring all of the voices contribute to this co created future.
  • What have you experimented with and what is the shared wisdom of the group?
