As an essential qualification, this learning is applicable to all agency staff, but especially those working directly with clients. It is equally relevant for other disciplines with their legal and regulatory aspects such as Art Buying and Production.
Reminder: to achieve IPA CPD Agency Accreditation 10% of your staff must hold either LegRegs or the Commercial Certificate or both.

IPA members can access this qualification at any time in the year. Candidates can access and download the learning through the IPA website on any device, or via the IPA Learning app.
The 10-hours of online learning is examined via a 30-minute multiple-choice online exam and all candidates must pass two mid-module quizzes to unlock the final exam.
Non-members must book onto an intake and complete the online learning and final exam before their intake closes.
Candidates who achieve a passing grade of 75% in the final exam will be awarded a digital certificate of completion and 1 MIPA star towards personal accreditation.

Twice a year, Lewis Silkin run a series of four breakfast seminars to support the online learning. It is not essential to attend these seminars in order to pass the qualification, but they have been designed to give participants an opportunity to listen to live examples and ask questions. The seminars are not mandatory and limited spaces are available.
