Essential training for production assistants and junior agency producers; traditional commercials, online content, stills, non-traditional media and producing in-house productions.
The course encompasses all types of production, taking junior producers and production assistants through the entire production process. Industry experts will be sharing their knowledge and providing practical advice.
Completing the IPA Production Essentials Certificate results in delegates being awarded the IPA Production Essentials Certificate and 3 MIPA Stars. Please find out more about the MIPA accreditation.
We require all successful applicants to complete AdGreen training before beginning the qualification.
Successful applicants require at least 12 months’ experience as a production assistant or junior producer.
The course will take place in autumn 2025 (dates TBC) and involve a mixture of training delivered at the IPA and off-site visits. There will also be some coursework, group work, and an exam at the end of the course.
