Three short, classroom style sessions, held in one morning covering useful topics such as time management, presentations and client services. Agencies can buy a place at all 3 sessions and switch candidates as they wish.
The first session is for anyone who would benefit from being able to work out the most important thing they need to do, how to prioritise tasks for better results, and then how to stick to the plan.
The second session is for anyone who would benefit from a clear structure for writing and delivering a well thought through presentation.
The third session will equip delegates with insights, strategies and practical tools to help client service teams lead and grow existing clients.
Agencies can buy a ‘seat’ for £150 (+VAT) for the morning and then switch people in and out if they wish, or just send one person to all three lessons.
