Time Management Essentials Course

How to understand what is most important and the order in which to do things for the best outcomes.

How to work out what is important to do, the order in which to do these priorities properly for greater results, and then how to stick to them.

This course will run via two, two-hour zoom sessions on the following dates (attendance to both sessions is essential):

  • Wednesday 29 September, 10am to noon
  • Thursday 30 September, 10am to noon

What is in this for you?

How to work out what is important to do, the order in which to do these priorities properly for greater results, and then how to stick to them. Our tutor, Gwyn March, has been teaching this subject in the industry for over 20 years.

What we’ll cover

  • Taking responsibility and choosing how to operate.
  • Why and when you should write your to do list.
  • Nine methods to turn your to do list into a list of ordered priorities.
  • What actions get the best results – the 80/20 rule.
  • How to deal with some of the things that get in your way e.g. procrastination, ‘meetings’, managing expectations, stress, lockdown difficulties etc.
  • Techniques to help you concentrate on the priorities.

Please do all you can to attend, and to attend both, there is a waiting list.

As people learn by doing and not by just listening, we are going to make these as interactive as possible – so various quizzes and polls/frequent Q+A.  In advance you will also have access to handouts and exercises which the tutor will guide you through.

All attendees will finish the final session by completing plans on how they will use the knowledge and techniques to get the maximum benefit.
