This one hour session hosted by the IPA Client Relationship group is aimed at mid-level account handlers who are looking for guidance in preparing for what’s needed at the next level in their career development.
Expectations of account handlers change dramatically as they progress throughout their career, and they can be ill prepared for what’s needed at the next level unless they proactively take charge of their careers development.
To reach senior levels in account handling involves investing time and effort in developing deep knowledge and understanding of client business, finance and brand strategy. During the difficult time of this last year resources have become squeezed, meaning junior account people have often been heavily focused on the operational side of their role and less able to dedicate time to this learning process.
In this interactive online session, attendees will be split into smaller groups and given the chance to talk to our mentors and get impartial advice on how to plan for their career longer term.
