The inaugural IPA Talent and Diversity conference is an opportunity to come together (both in-person and virtually) to listen, discuss and share ways in which our industry can take charge of how we attract, develop and retain our existing and new talent and create an inclusive culture that is beneficial to all.

We’ll be drawing on collective intelligence from a wide range of organisations, specialist speakers and influencers.

As an ideas business that relies on a deep understanding of culture and society for its success, advertising should be better placed than any other industry to make itself an attractive place to work.
