Tickets are now available for April’s Members’ Lunch which will focus on people issues: how to attract, develop, retain and, ultimately, be fair to your talent.
Speakers include Samira Ahmed who is fresh from winning her case against the BBC on equal pay. Behind adland’s closed doors she will share the challenges she has faced working in media and how she has found herself in the position of an equality champion, riding a wave of support within her organisation.
We will hear from Sarah Kilmartin, Marketing Experience Director at Three - and Chair of judges for the CPD Gold Panel. She will share the home truths of developing and retaining talent from her experience across a range of businesses, including Sainsbury’s.
Luminaries of the business will also be celebrated in the form of our Summer Honours.
So join us if you are an agent of change (or want to be). There will be so much to take back to your agency and so much to be proud of - and the opportunity to meet others just like you.
