Rare: Coronavirus Consumer Tracking

Each week, Rare Consulting interview over 1500 people in the UK to understand how the Coronavirus Pandemic has changed their attitudes and behaviours, and what new forms of behaviour we might observe both during and post lockdown.

Rare Consulting are interested in people's emotions, social behaviours, sense of community, and relationship with brands.

Since the lockdown Rare have seen that emotions in the UK have changed significantly. In this session we will explore the diversity of response to the pandemic on behalf of consumers, and discuss how this will impact the sector in the coming months and beyond.

Ben Pask, MD, Rare Consulting, will be sharing insights from Rare's consumer tracker, brand reputation tracker and consumer community research to bring you some of the latest trends to be aware of. Ben will also summarise the latest findings across key categories, including Travel, Grocery, Entertainment, Home Management & DIY, Retail Shopping, Beauty, Exercise and Alcohol.

This session will also include a deep dive into live sports, exploring how things have changed for fans and superfans.
