Following the IPA's publication of a set of RTB Best Practice Principles, Sacha Wilson, Harbottle & Lewis, will be explaining their purpose, and what agencies need to do in order to comply with them.
Last year’s ICO Update Report into AdTech and Real Time Bidding raised numerous data protection concerns about the use of people’s information in the RTB advertising sector.
With the help of Sacha Wilson, a partner at the law firm Harbottle & Lewis, the IPA has published a set of Real Time Bidding Best Practice Principles (BPPs) in response to the ICO report - and in dialogue with the ICO - with which all IPA agencies working in the sector should comply.
Introduced by Richard Lindsay, IPA Director of Legal & Public Affairs, Sacha will be presenting a webinar on the BPPs to explain their purpose and what agencies need to do in order to comply with them.
This webinar is for IPA member agencies only.
