To mark International Women’s Day, we have a special edition of our Stepping into the Spotlight series, where we’ll be hearing from a range of inspirational women, as well as learning how to forge an inclusive, equal world.

Now in its fourth year, Stepping into the Spotlight offers mid to senior-level adlanders the tools and strategies to turbo boost skills and confidence – and in turn, motivate you to take your career to the next level.

Key focuses of this interactive workshop include identifying where there is an area in your life that you struggled speaking up and top tips on how to become your authentic self.
