Stepping into the Spotlight

Join us for the next session of our hugely popular Stepping into the Spotlight series

Stepping into the Spotlight

Aimed to empower and offer success strategies for mid to senior level women at work, our Stepping into the Spotlight series has been addressing challenges regularly faced in the workplace and offering practical advice on how to make an impact since 2017.

Attendees will hear personal career history stories and the obstacles overcome throughout. There will also be practical learning opportunities, from how Lloyds are making it a priority to tackle equality, inclusivity and diversity from an internal perspective and within their new ads, to the toolkit the Mayor’s Office have put together as part of their Our Time initiative. Inclusive of an interactive ‘Goal setting and sticking’ workshop run by veteran of the ad industry and IPA CPD Gold trainer Gwyn March, this session promises to be informative, colourful and inspiring.

Tickets are £70 +VAT for IPA member agencies and £96 +VAT for non-members.

Please note tickets are non-refundable 48 hours prior to the event, however name changes will be permitted.
