This session looks at how to create a healthy, productive and mindful working environment. We will be joined by Sam Pearce, founder and lead trainer of Train of Thought which provides training to create a less stressful workplace and Learnerbly a learning and development platform which aims to empower employees.
The Training Forum is a free event hosted by external trainers, learning providers, and CPD related platforms. It is aimed at anyone who organises training or is involved in professional development at an agency. We hope that you leave the sessions feeling inspired while also learning a new skill. If there is anyone else at your agency who this applies to please email firstname.lastname@example.org we will add them to the mailing list.
This session will be run by Sam Pearce, founder and lead trainer of Train of Thought which provides training to create a less stressful workplace. In his previous life, he worked as an account man for a number for creative agencies, including adam&eveDDB, Mother, Havas and Kindred. Sam’s point of focus is on fear: how the modern world of work is causing us to be afraid, and how the resulting stress is affecting not only our well-being but our ability to do our jobs well. His sessions use skills from improvisation and mindfulness to help people and companies be their best in a challenging and ever-changing world.
Learnerbly specialises in supporting small and medium-sized businesses as well as progressive enterprises to manage the professional development needs of their employees in order to improve employee retention and engagement. They partner with employers to provide a sophisticated Learning & Development (L&D) offering without the need for extensive in-house infrastructure.
During this session, they will be sharing their insights into ways IPA members can create a stronger culture of learning within their organisations.
There is a cap of 3 bookings per agency for the IPA Training Forum. If you would like to bring more they will be added to a waiting list. If the forum has a lunch, please email email@example.com with your dietary requirements at least 7 working days before the forum date.
Please note: a photographer may be present at this IPA event. By purchasing a ticket you will be consenting to your photograph being taken and used by the IPA for our promotional purposes in any media.
