The Training Forum is a free event that aims to provide inspiration for anyone who is responsible for arranging training in their agency. The main session for the September Training Forum will be on Wellbeing and how this can help optimize the performance of your staff.
After 20 years in the media industry (Universal McCann, Yahoo!, Sky) Judith retrained and set up the Co-thinking Company. Her work focuses on driving employee performance through identifying and overcoming performance blocks, building self-confidence and enabling clients to have a more positive relationship with themselves. Judith will be exploring what wellbeing really means in the context of the workplace. What are the key issues for the advertising industry and what’s the real business impact? We will debate the role of the organisation is in all of this and question where their responsibilities lie.
We will be talking to you about the success of the new 44 Club which has recently welcomed the Extinction Rebellion and Susan Greenfield to the stage. What is in store next and who can benefit from these sessions the most? We will also introduce you to PDG Connect, a new platform for discussions around improving Professional Development in our industry.
Breakfast will be served from 8:45 am. Please feel free to bring a colleague, there are three spaces per agency.

There is a cap of three bookings per agency for the IPA Training Forum. If you would like to bring more they will be added to a waiting list. If the forum has a lunch, please email firstname.lastname@example.org with your dietary requirements at least seven working days before the forum date. Please note: a photographer may be present at this IPA event. By purchasing a ticket you will be consenting to your photograph being taken and used by the IPA for our promotional purposes in any media. Should you change your mind and not wish to have your photograph taken, please inform an IPA representative on your arrival.
