Account Director

Job description

At Bountiful Cow our account management team are responsible for ensuring that we deliver on our promises; and by working with all the key teams and partners we create work that works. As an Account Director you will lead your client accounts, ensuring you and your team are fully immersed in their business, and that we are always on top of their performance and our profitability. You value and enjoy developing strong relationships with senior clients, you will take the lead in building and maintaining partnerships where they see us as an extension of their own team; with industry partners, you will ensure we are seen as forward thinking and collaborative; and internally you will lead by example and ensure we work as one team. As a growing business we are only as strong as those around us.

You will be responsible for the delivery of media planning and buying across your team, ensuring all work delivered is to our agency standards, meets the client’s needs and addresses their business problems. You will achieve this through managing and inspiring your team, they will want to do their best work for you and themselves. You will lead idea generation, and work with our CSO to ensure that our ideas and work truly bring media and creative together.

As a part of a growing agency you will play an important role in new business pitches, approaching these with both a strategic and commercial mindset. You will also play an integral role in shaping how we grow as an agency; you will be a part of the shadow board or TICS team (This Is Your Cow) and run workstreams to continually bring in new initiatives to improve how we work.
