ABOUT THE ROLE The role is within the Spotify EMEA team, which currently oversees media activities running in 15 EMEA markets - from the Nordics down to South Africa. Reporting into the Senior Account Manager, the Account Executive will act as a key support in all projects including regional audience analysis, guidelines and media strategies, central activations, liaison with creative and PR agencies as well as all administrative tasks – ensuring consistency in the process & output across all campaigns run from the EMEA team. We work with regional clients based in Berlin, as well as number of local clients around Europe. We work very closely with our global team in New York on all global projects. The successful candidate will be joining a team of over 200 members globally, and one of the most important strategic accounts for the agency. KEY TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES Planning Participate in briefing meetings with clients and partner agencies; Support the team in the development of regional audience and channel work analysis and insights, as well as regional media strategies; Support the team in sharing regional work with local markets, and ensuring consistency and alignment in-market; Become fluent in the usage of all relevant industry and proprietary agency tools and assist the team as required. Plan and execute ad-hoc campaigns across social, programmatic & display; Liaising with Social and Programmatic teams to ensure all responses are delivered on time and to standard Supporting team to deliver reporting to the client. Account Management Support the administrative part of the account including updating status documents and organising meetings; Upload campaign data into agency tools for finance and reporting; Become team go to person for pulling data from industry/agency tools, such as competitive information and audience insight data. You must Be passionate about all things media including an interest in human behaviour and insight Be analytical and curious. Having a critical eye on information given to you checking that it is clear and consistent Be a curious and inquisitive individual with an open, challenging and engaging approach Confident users of microsoft excel and powerpoint Have excellent attention to detail Have strong communication skills (both written and verbal) Have numerical skills Have a pro-active and can-do attitude Finally, show an ability to think on their feet, be proactive, take ownership of projects and know how to have a good time!
