We are looking for an Account Manager looking for their next challenge. The successful candidate would report directly into a Senior Account Manager/Associate Director.
Core duties include…
Managing client relationship through effective communication, problem solving and responding to requests.
Ensuring all project deadlines and budgets are met whilst communicating, and seeking approval for any changes to these.
Keeping both the client and the wider team up to date with market intelligence and competitor insight.
Managing the work and performance of account executives and assistants.
Analysis of campaign effectiveness with measurement tools recommended to demonstrate return on marketing investment (ROMI).
Demonstrate knowledge of industry tools i.e Mediaocean suite, InfoSys/XPert+ etc.
Identifying ways to grow client accounts through potential new business opportunities with the candidate having the opportunity to be involved in pitches to further their experience too.
Our office hours are Monday-Friday 0930-1730. Benefits available, following successful completion of a 3 month probation period, include pension contribution (min 3% employee/5% company), inclusion in company Health and Life assurance policy,

20 days contractual annual leave plus day off for birthday, additional bonus 3 days available for planning holiday in line with demands of the business and Christmas-New year office closure.
We also have 5pm early closure on Fridays and summer hours on Friday’s across July and August.
