ABOUT THE ROLE

The Ad Operations Manager will implement, launch and deliver all digital media activity, taking responsibility for developing and maintaining an efficient Ad Operations process whilst driving innovation through ad technology.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Audit, evaluation, testing and roll-out of new technologies
Maintain tight ad operation processes to ensure efficiency and automate where possible
Identify and implement performance enhancing change within team
Manage implementation of display, social and other trafficked media activity to deliver high quality of service to the wider delivery team and our clients
Monitor information and communications flow between Ad Operations, Media, and Client teams
Assist and support Ad Operations Lead in formulating and executing Ad Ops and Tech strategy
Develops and presents in new business pitches from an ad operations perspective
On boarding new clients
Day to day management for all ad-serving and tech partners
Provide technical expertise in the field of Ad Operations
Maintain strong communication between Media, Data, SEO and Client teams
Plan and organise team workload


ABOUT YOU

Solid ad operations experience within an Agency is essential for this role
Experience of Display, Social, Search and other trackable media campaign set up
Robust understanding of the end to end trafficking process
Considerable experience with multiple adservers and strict naming conventions
Coding skills or familiarity with Data ETL or analytics would be beneficial
Strong quantitative and analytical skills
Ability to build strong relationships and influence at senior level
Strong commercial acumen and understands the operational impact on the wider business
Exceptional organisational skills, with multi-tasking capabilities
Excellent work ethic, the ability to work under pressure and get involved at all levels
Enjoys nurturing and mentoring a junior team
