What we’re looking for
As Art Director/Designer you’ll love the difference a creative idea can make. You’ll be passionate about the work you produce and the thought, craft and graft that goes into making it. Reporting in to the Creative Director you’ll collaborate on campaign ideas with copywriters, designers and digital specialists, as well as coming up with ideas on your own. You’ll be hands-on at every stage – across all of our clients – from creative concepts to presenting work. An understanding of branding is key to the role – every piece of work, big or small, print or digital, should be aligned to the brand it’s for. And you’ll relish getting under the skin of these brands, building strong relationships with our clients, understanding what makes them tick in order to deliver the best possible visual solutions.
You’ll also mentor junior members of our team – distilling your talent and experience, inspiring them to realise their potential. This is a brilliant opportunity to really take the reins – working with our Creative Director to help redefine the creative product at an ambitious full-service agency.
