Cravens are looking for a SUPER ART DIRECTOR with SUPER IDEAS, SUPER WORK and SUPER AMBITIONS to join our SUPER CREATIVE TEAM. That’s right, we’re looking for an Art Director to work with us on amazing brands with amazing briefs. But we’re not looking for any old Art Director my friends. We’re looking for a Lionel Messi. A Jimi Hendrix. A Nutella crepe on the streets of Paris*. A pair of radiator socks on a winter’s morning. In the words of Tina Turner, we’re looking for SIMPLY THE BEST! We’re after an Art Director with ideas that tickle fancies and work that floats boats, plus ambition to match. *Crepes may make us a tad more amenable. The Person: You’ll be comfortable working in a team or alone from a brief, to conceptualise big, campaign ideas. You’ll be capable of bringing big ideas to life through all kinds of channels, including TV, online video, outdoor media, social media, press and digital. You’ll be comfortable presenting in new business meetings or pitches. You’ll be happy leading and directing a design team to create highly crafted campaigns. You’ll have a desire to create highly effective, award-winning work for clients. You’ll be a team player, with a dynamic, driven approach, who is happy to fit into a vibrant, positive team of talented people.
