Creative Administrator

Job description

We are looking for a highly organised Creative Administrator to provide administrative support to the Executive Creative Directors and the TV production team.

Creative responsibilities include:
• Ensure creative brief sign off procedures have been followed
• Ensure all Creative documents, schedules and spreadsheets are always accurate and up to date
• Actively follow all approval procedures in compliance with agreed agency guidelines
• Schedule review meetings
• Maintain efficient filing system for all briefs and creative work
• Manage the ECD’s diaries, providing ad hoc administrative support to the ECD’s

Production responsibilities include:
• Manage post-production budget and timings for TV re-edits/re-runs and online broadcast projects
• Monitor pre-production activity to ensure processes run smoothly and correct procedures adhered to
• Assist with pre-production meetings between agency/client/commercial production company
• Arrange session bookings involving sound studios, edit suites, artists, agency and client personnel
• Maintain effective communication with all involved parties to facilitate workflow
• Actively build and sustain positive relationships with producers, facility houses, contractors, suppliers etc.
• Assist with the despatch of all transmission material to broadcasters to meet deadlines
• To act upon relevant Television Requisitions, including client requests

• Exceptional organisational skills, with a methodical and delivery focused approach
• Excellent attention to detail and a high level of accuracy
• Strong IT skills, in particular MS Excel
• Previous experience in an administration role
• Excellent communication skills
• The ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
