ABOUT THE ROLE – CAMPAIGN EXECUTIVE
Cadreon believes that digital and data technology is driving a revolution in marketing and the Campaign Executive is pivotal to that vision. The role of the Campaign Executive is to improve the performance of our clients’ business through the smart application of data, analytics and technology across programmatic media. The Campaign Executive is involved in all stages of a display campaign lifecycle, from pre-campaign planning, implementation and testing, to optimisation, recommendations and post campaign analytics.
KEY TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES - CAMPAIGN EXECUTIVE
Media Plan Implementation
Ensure all media plan requirements are correctly implemented in DSP consoles.
Track, measure, and analyse early post launch campaign activities and resolve delivery and performance problems related to set up and technical issues.
Ongoing optimisation of campaigns across display, video, mobile and social to ensure client goals are met
Liaise with the agency Account Managers and clients directly to discuss current campaign optimisation plans and recommendations.
Work directly with third party ad servers, rich media vendors, clients, media buying and trafficking teams and internal staff on all elements related to creative specifications, submission and ad trafficking.
Traffic and QA online advertising assets onto DSP consoles, and follow up with Agency/Advertisers on delinquent ad creatives as needed.
Generate and distribute pixels/beacons according to site integration plan.
Work closely with Client Services, clients & site management groups to have pixels/beacons implemented in advance of media campaigns.
Manage and service clients to ensure accurate implementation, quality control and maintenance across multiple website integrations.
Work alongside the Product Group and other departments to help troubleshoot and correct tagging complications as they arise.

ABOUT THE ROLE – ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE
As an Account Executive, your role will be to support the client services team with day-to-day management of billing reconciliation and account management across our clients.
KEY TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES – ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE
Develop in-depth knowledge of the digital media industry and media market dynamics
Learn about Cadreon’s programmatic approach
Become an expert in the use and best practices for multiple Demand Side Platforms Cadreon uses
Develop relationship with campaign engineering team
Develop relationship with key agency account managers
Liaise with clients and agency teams on campaign performance and reporting
Work with finance team for Cadreon’s monthly billing reconciliation
Day-to-day management of making sure correct Cadreon paper work is signed off by agency/client (Also making sur Unity opportunities are efficiently created and managed)
Support group account directors and account managers for day-to day campaign operations: account management, selling of services, tactical campaign design, analysis, reporting and related campaign duties
Design media and audience strategies and tactics to maximize economic outcomes within campaign limits

Excellent quantitative and analytical skills with the ability to draw conclusions based on data
Ability to investigate, analyse & solve problems, and clearly communicate results
MS Office fluency (specially Excel pivot tables & chart making)
This role requires individual to be very organised with day-to-day finance queries
Desire to work in an entrepreneurial atmosphere and be a self-starter
Eagerness to get hands-on to figure out how things work
Handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment with the ability to learn and apply new concepts and tools quickly
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, ideally comfortable in a consultative, client-facing environment
Ability to work collaboratively as part of a cross-functional team
