Graduate Operations Executive

Job description

This is an exciting opportunity for the right graduate candidate to join a new operational business unit within the7stars group. We believe that this is an essential role in delivering the ongoing success of campaign workflow and automation process within the7stars group.

Implement the booking to billing process with high attention to detail
Execute automation opportunities across the group, utilising best in market technology
Implement improved workflows and monitor against team targets
Work with our key tech partners to integrate systems and operational processes
Work hand in hand with client, activation, ad ops and finance to facilitate digitally activated campaigns
Monitor overall campaign performance and pacing within Salesforce
Implement and manage campaign changes as necessary
Successfully implement and manage the financial reconciliation process in platform as well as interacting with planning, activation and finance teams
Ensure data within the Salesforce platform is ready for client reporting
Consistently follow best practice operational processes
Evangelise the benefits of standardised working practice and naming conventions within agency client and activation teams
Recognise and foresee potential workflow challenges and successfully communicate these with stakeholders involved.

£24,000 starting salary
