ABOUT THE ROLE The HR Coordinator will support the regional HR team - HR Director, the Senior L&D Manager and the Talent Analytics and Project Manager. The team oversees 21 markets in the EMEA region. In this role you will be supporting the EMEA HR strategy and initiatives across the region. It is important to build strong trusted relationships with the various HR Partners in the markets and possess sensitivity to working with cultural differences. You will be expected to harness the power of technology to further support learning and retention of information. The main function of the role will be to support the team in administrative duties including project management, reporting, acting as the Super User for EMEA HR systems, organising and recording training activities, scheduling calls/meetings and supporting the team with ad hoc requests. KEY TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES Analytics & Reporting: Support the Talent Analytics and Project Manager by running reports, collating data and presentation materials for the quarterly HR Analytics Dashboard. Support the markets with ensuring data quality and timeliness in HR-Link (our HR database) Pull out ad-hoc reports for the EMEA markets based on market’s needs. Track various compliance trainings are being completed by given deadlines. This includes reporting on any issues with the system and supporting the markets with training, tracking and queries related to the systems or the initiative. Project Coordination: Support the management of projects for the EMEA HR team e.g. Mobility, Critical Talent, Compensation, GDPR, Diversity & Inclusion, Employee Survey and L&D activities; Manager Blueprint Training, Craft Skills training, Code of Conduct , etc. Maintain central resources for EMEA HR activities such as training, benchmarking, digital training, key contact lists, etc. Maintain the EMEA HR Wiki with resources for the HR population to stay connected and work better together. Independently manage projects by ensuring deadlines of others are met, proactively providing project plans, updates, materials, information and ensuring those individuals are supported. Identifying solutions or finding better ways to approach a project to improve results. FLITE Talent Management System Key contact for system queries. This includes running reports, resolving issues and managing list of FLITE SuperUsers in the markets. Support rollout of FLITE in the markets. Create training materials, guides etc. L&D Maintain the FLITE Learning training database and accountability metrics around attendance, quality and relevance scores, goal delivery, etc. via regular reporting. Work with the global FLITE development team to drive continuing improvements of the system. Provide data to supplement reporting to the wider business demonstrating return on investment. Manage tracking an input of data training records for all digital first training programmes. Printing and organisation of training materials for EMEA trainings where needed. GENERAL SUPPORT  Schedule calls with markets for the team  Design presentations for EMEA calls  Maintain org charts and contacts lists  Provide salary letters /admin for EMEA markets  Ad-hoc support to the EMEA HR team ABOUT YOU We are seeking a personable, well organised candidate who is passionate about HR. You will be willing to jump into any new project and can manage the demands of changing priorities. You have the capability to independently manage HR technology and systems, run reports and be able to evaluate the data and information you are working with. You look for new ways to improve how things are done and influence others. Experience: Previous administration experience is essential Experience in an HR role is strongly desirable and passion about a career in HR is a must Keen interest in working across multiple European countries. Fluency in other European Languages advantageous but not essential. Degree level or equivalent in a related subject advantageous. Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office especially Word, Excel and PowerPoint. Excellent working knowledge of an HR Information System (e.g. PeopleSoft) Competencies: An eye for detail, rigour and process. Analytical with the ability to work with statistical data. Solutions orientated with natural problem solving skills. Patience and strong communication skills. Honest and open. Proactive and curious; always looking to improve your technical skills and the status quo. Highly organised, methodical, efficient and able to multi-task. High regard for confidentiality. Must work calmly under pressure. Flexible and adaptable; willing to roll sleeves up and get stuck in, not afraid of change. Collaborative. Self-driven Open to feedback
