We’ve got a great opportunity for a Junior Data Manager to join one of our most successful client teams at Imagination on a fixed term contract between February – July 2019.

This role will an integral part of a Retail Incentive Programme for the client supporting the Comms / Hotel Management Team on a day to day basis with delegate registration.

As a junior data manager you will be responsible for market liaison with allocated countries, managing market data, managing the registration inbox and ensuring the database is up to date.

You will respond to guest queries and chase responses, book crew travel and accommodation and provide visa support if required.

You’ll have knowledge and interest of the events and exhibitions industry and ideally some experience of delegate management systems. You’ll have excellent communication and relationship building skills, be motivated, flexible and a team player. You’ll also need to be well organised with excellent attention to detail and strong MS Office skills. Fluency in additional European Languages would be advantageous.

You’ll need a willingness to sometimes work unsociable hours and be open to global travel if required as there may be the potential to also support the team onsite at the event in Sydney!
