ABOUT THE ROLE
The Media team at Orion is responsible for creating media deals across all media types. These deals are used on behalf of Orion clients to drive additional media value. The Media Coordinator is a key role working to support the Media team. This position within a fast paced environment requires the candidate to be confident, highly numerate and to be able to work closely with clients, media owners and agency partners at all levels
KEY TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Assist media team with research & market assessment
Provide support to negotiating schedules and rates
Monitoring media performance, prepare regular status reports
Ensure all media bookings are correctly booked on relevant systems
Create and maintain tracking documents for clients and media partners
Liaise with the media agencies regarding of all relevant media bookings
Liaise with legal & finance for client and media owner contract
Highly numerate with strong attention to detail
Self-starter, self-motivated, can deliver to tight deadlines
Ideally some negotiation skills and commercial knowledge
An understanding of the finance process and billing process.
Extremely competent in Microsoft Office applications strong Excel and PowerPoint a must
