Job description

Opening up the office in the morning
Managing meeting room diaries
Setting up catering for meetings
Dealing with suppliers and arranging lunch for clients
Petty cash reconciliation
Basic admin including some small admin tasks with the finance team
Ensuring the office is presentable and meeting rooms are prepared in advance and cleared away after
Answering phones
Answering the doors
Distributing post
