As a People and Talent Coordinator, your role will include the following:
Administration of employee-related paperwork, such as employment contracts, new starter packs.
Right to work and reference checks.
Maintaining the Google Drive folder.
Maintaining the Internal People System
People data reporting.
Support the onboarding process from paperwork, to setting up their equipment to the induction programme.
Handling highly confidential information in an honest and trustworthy way.
Support the organisation of company updates and socials.
Conducting the first stage interviews on junior hires
You will be predominantly responsible for managing job boards, sourcing for assigned positions, qualifying talent, and facilitating interviews.
Supporting on sourcing candidates directly through your network, LinkedIn, and other social media sites, relying minimally on outside staffing agencies
Supporting on conducting initial phone and video screens of applicants
Help to build strong, diverse pipelines of quality talent for various positions across all departments
Facilitate and coordinate candidate interviews, when necessary
Support the Talent Acquisition Partner with interview scheduling, if needed
Build and maintain strong working relationships with internal stakeholders, agreeing on and coordinating deliverables and priorities
Consistently use our applicant tracking system (Teamtailor) to funnel candidates through the interview process and ensure hiring managers are using the system
Skills & Attributes:
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Demonstrate proactive approach.
Ability to work within a team environment as well as independently.
Knowledge of ATS system - we use Teamtailor
Demonstrated ability to effectively manage multiple projects and deadlines.
Organized and detail-oriented is a must.
1 year experience in a People or Talent related role.
