ABOUT YOU
Passion for digital
Digital experience is a bonus
An existing online web presence either via social media or website projects
Excellent numeracy, written and oral communications skills
Ability to analyse data and identify trends
Strong listening skills and the ability to be open to new ideas and research from team members, co-workers, industry sources and clients

You must be excited by the digital landscape and want to drive performance for clients, whilst learning the technical setup that underpins a successful campaign, with analytical skills and attention to detail that can be used to help build and manage campaigns. An interest in advanced data management and software would also be beneficial.


ABOUT THE ROLES
SEO Executive
The SEO Executive will work with the Account Managers and Analysts in the SEO team as a supporting role to ensure successful delivery of search and website optimisation campaigns. They should have an understanding of how the web functions, digital acquisition channels (including SEO) and demonstrate a passion for emerging technologies.
The right candidate will have excellent numeracy, written and oral communication skills and the ability to demonstrate keen attention to detail. General enthusiasm and a can do attitude is a must.
The SEO Executive will be responsible for activities including: data gathering for reporting, competitor and market trends analysis, keyword research, content recommendations, conversion rate optimisation and building content partner relationships.
Strategy and day-to-day work
Conduct keyword research to expand organic search footprint
Produce content recommendations for client websites based on keyword research
Optimise client YouTube channels, playlists and videos
Produce detailed and accurate client reports and competitor analysis
Work with the team to ensure delivery of successful authority campaigns
Analyse client sites’ performance data to draw learnings that feed into future strategy
Support the wider team with pitch research whenever necessary
Conduct technical audits of small sites and support with site migration work
Client-facing
Prepare for and attend regular client WIP / status meetings and calls
Demonstrate a strong understanding of clients’ businesses to identify trends or issues
Handle day to day client requests and or questions
Build strong relationships with clients
Internal
Attend internal WIP meetings and regularly demonstrate self-learning
Develop an understanding of the functions of technical SEO
Be responsible for time keeping and ensuring time management software is updated
Demonstrate the ability to self-manage and be efficient at completing a variety of tasks
Keep up to date with the latest developments in SEO and digital marketing
Ensure competency with a range of SEO tools (Screaming Frog, Google Search Console, Keyword Planner, Searchmetrics, DeepCrawl, Google Analytics, Majestic) including our proprietary tools.


PPC Executive
This role will work very closely with Account Directors, Head of Biddable as well as key senior client members and junior members of the PPC team.
The Account Executive will report directly to the Account Director with a dotted reporting line to the Account Manager. You will be responsible for the general delivery of your assignments and support for the overall PPC team. The role will involve developing a full understanding of search engine marketing, assisting the team in the building and optimization of campaigns, using both analytical and creative skills to fulfil a broad range of projects.
SEM Expertise
Develop a solid PPC knowledge, by attending training, obtaining relevant qualification and keeping up to date with industry news and developments
Develop a full working knowledge of all reporting and tracking tools as well as Excel and PowerPoint
Contribute in developing new products and ways of working that improve SEM results
Search Campaign / Project Management
Fulfil relevant daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly tasks, ensuring that all campaigns are executed to plan and meet the targets
Work with your Account Manager / Account Director to ensure that:
campaigns / projects timelines, cost estimates, schedules and forecasts are accurately developed and adhered to
campaigns are set up and optimised in the correct way, according to brief and Search Best Practice
campaigns are monitored daily and hit relevant targets
creating reports accurately and developing presentations to the highest level of quality and integrity
Help in preparing performance review presentations
Provide regular results analysis, reporting and recommendations
Update SEM Budget Sheet on a daily, weekly and monthly basis
Under the guidance of your manager, develop and distribute accurate contact reports from meetings and conversations within 24 hours
Coordinate and distribute regular status reports
Complete timesheets on a regular, minimum weekly basis
Meet commitments and complete tasks as agreed and within agreed timeframes
Keep clients and account team updated on the status of account activities
Have input in developing short and long term search strategies for the client
Innovation & Initiative
Contribute to the improvement of reporting, including testing and developing features and functionality in Excel and other related software
Assist in the development and streamlining of processes involved in data capture, automated reporting and quality assurance
Use your personal passion and creativity to help develop intelligent, innovative and effective ideas and process improvements for your projects/tasks
Contribute your own ideas and opinions on your client’s business, how we work, and the industry we’re in; establish a presence in the agency; have a voice in meetings

Paid Social Executive
Advertising spends through social networks such as Facebook and Twitter rise year-on-year, meaning Paid Social is one of the fastest growing areas of our agency. Reporting to the Paid Social Director and Paid Social Managers, the Paid Social Executive will support the team in delivering high-performance advertising campaigns for our wide range of clients. They should be able to demonstrate a passion for social media, emerging technologies and the digital media space.
The Paid Social Executive will be responsible for activities including: data gathering for reporting, creating and delivering paid social media campaigns, competitor and market trend analysis, and more.
Ensure work is completed to a high standard and within deadlines
Adhere to a professional level of conduct at all times
Attend internal WIP meetings and regularly demonstrate self-learning
Produce detailed and accurate client reports and competitor analysis
Demonstrate a strong understanding of clients’ accounts to identify trends or issues in order to raise them with the wider team
Be responsible for time keeping and ensuring in-house budgeting and time management software is updated daily
Optimise and improve client’s advertising campaigns using the agency’s market-leading technologies
Produce client-facing campaign reports for advertising campaigns
Demonstrate the ability to self-manage and be efficient at completing a variety of tasks

SYSTEMS AND FINANCIAL:
Ensure policy and procedure are followed at each stage of the project
Adhere to quality assurance policies
Ensure all documentation is sent to the Paid Social Management for review
Communicate regularly with the Paid Social Management
Ensure internal time keeping and budget tracking software is updated regularly


Performance Executive
This role will be managing and supporting the critical UPS business. The Performance Executive will report directly to the Senior Planner and you will be responsible for helping to manage and create strategies for UPS that run across all performance digital channels and seven European markets. The successful candidate will work directly with the channel teams, local market teams, assisting with reporting requirements, responses to briefs and general client communications.

Digital Expertise
Develop solid knowledge of the digital channels we work across (PPC, SEO, Affiliates, Social and Programmatic, Lead Gen, VOD and offline performance media), by attending training, obtaining relevant qualifications and keeping up to date with industry news and developments
Develop a full working knowledge of all reporting and tracking tools as well as Excel and Power Point
Develop strong communication and presentation skills in order to effectively manage clients and their accounts
Contribute in developing new ways of working that improve and streamline the internal and external processes
Account/Client Management
Fulfill relevant daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly tasks, ensuring that all campaigns are executed to plan and meet the targets
Work with your line manager and wider team to ensure that:
campaigns / projects timelines, cost estimates, schedules and forecasts are accurately developed and adhered to
campaigns are set up and optimised in the correct way, according to brief and best practice
campaigns are monitored appropriately and are in line to hit relevant targets
create reports accurately and develop presentations to the highest level of quality and integrity
