We're looking for a Senior Account Manager to join our team in Cardiff.

Thanks to a recent period of growth, we are looking for experienced professionals with paid-for advertising experience to join our thriving Creative Communications team. This is a great opportunity to work across a range of high-profile clients.

Our Creative Communications teams is looking for an ambitious Senior Account Manager who can manage some of our fantastic clients, fit within our hard-working and passionate team and thrive within a fast-paced, high energy, environment. Day to day, you will typically manage the client relationship as well as internal processes and systems, ensuring that we surpass client expectations and deliver campaigns to brief, on time and to budget. The role will involve managing both public and private sector accounts and project managing campaigns.

You will have existing agency experience, be highly organised, have meticulous attention to detail and will be used to handling multiple projects at once. You will be able to demonstrate experience of having managed the delivery of paid-for campaigns especially. You will also have great customer servicing skills and ensure that projects are run smoothly, efficiently and successfully so our clients love working with us. The ability to speak Welsh would also be advantageous.
