Senior Planner

Job description

We have an opportunity for a Senior Planner to support our new business endeavours and existing accounts such as John Frieda (Global & UK), Dyson, TCC, Xylem and Lovehoney. In addition they will play a leading strategic role in support of new business pitches. Working closely with the client services and creative teams, they need to lead the strategic process for campaigns planning, digital marketing and a wide range of brand development work. The role will require the review and interpretation of a wide range of research & digital data sources, being comfortable with both quantitative and qualitative research. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years agency planning experience, be a confident self-starter and possess strong written and verbal communication skills. They will need to show evidence of being able to elicit powerful insights from both qualitative and quantitative research that have shaped strategy and creative work. Additionally they should be well versed in running client workshops for brand positioning work, innovation and broad based strategic initiatives. Man management skills would be useful as there is a Junior Planner who reports into this person. We are looking for a curious, intellectual and ambitious senior planner who is eager to take on a high level of responsibility and who will thrive in a dynamic, fast paced and stimulating environment.

The Package

Pension Benefit The Company operates a Pension benefit scheme, The scheme is 3% of salary in your first year of employment (£1,050.00), rising to 5% in your third year with the Company. Profit-Related Pay The Company operates a discretionary Profit-Related Bonus scheme and you are entitled to participate in this scheme from your date of joining. Holidays 25 days per annum, increasing by one extra day for every additional complete year after three years’ service, up to a maximum of 28 days after five years’ service
